Lost/Damaged Policy: If your USA order is over $70. in value insurance is added to the ship cost. Please request insurance on smaller orders.

Foreign Orders- We cannot ensure orders shipped outside the US will arrive to you, there is NO official way to track them. Few problems occur, but if a package is lost we do not reship books, but will negotiate a refund of the book cost.

Damaged books are handled on a case-by-case basis, and we rarely have problems with US Mail.

We request that you make a pro-active attempt with your own post office to ask for your shipping fee refunded, and we require that you return the damaged books, plus packaging so we can go to bat for you at this end. Books will either be replaced or refunded.
