Ken Kern was a big fan of simplifying building methods. In the "Last Whole Earth Catalog", pg 102, he said he used a Cinva Ram block maker to build two houses, but preferred the slipform method of earth wall building using a Magdiel form, and soil-cement, & clay-sawdust.
