The web store "ORDER FORM" can only show one "FLAT RATE " price for Media, Global Mail or Priority Mail. Priority Mail ENVELOPE: $4.90 postage- fits 1-2 smaller books plus + $.75 EACH item ordered. Holds most average size books, and DVDs Priority Mail BOX: $12. postage for OVERSIZE and Multiple items +$.75 per item. ALL Oversize books are marked on the website. INTERNATIONAL Mail: Global Mail Envelope is $14.50 + $1.80 per Book or DVD. Envelope will hold 1-3 average or small books. Several books/DVDs can ship Global Air Mail for less than $40. in most cases. I calculate the cheapest rate for you. Global Mail BOX is $45. FLAT FEE and can hold MANY books/ or oversize books. If you order one ot two DVDs, CDs or lightweight booklets -must be under 12 ounces total- I WILL ship First Class and charge just the Media Mail rate. The Order Form & automatic email receipt will still show the Flat rate. IGNORE that rate ..I MANUALLY lower the charge when I personally process your order. On Global Mail: I charge LESS for Global Air mail, based on weight. So a CD at 5 oz. will not be charged $15. but is based on weight to your country. Returns Policy Sometimes a book is not what you expected, and does not serve your needs. I accept books back,with a 20% restocking fee, within 10 days of your receipt. I DO request you contact me by email to notify of book return. All returns must be securely wrapped and protected; return by Media Mail is OK, I suggest using a US Mail "Delivery Confirmation" tag to ensure tracking. Lost/Damaged Policy: If your USA order is over $$70. in value insurance is added to the ship cost. Please request insurance on smaller orders if you want, I do not automatically add this cost, and cannot be responsible for lost or stolen orders once they enter the US mail system. This rarely happens in any case. Foreign Orders- I cannot ensure orders shipped outside the US will arrive to you, there is no official way to track them. Few problems occur, but if a package is lost we do not reship books at our cost, but will negotiate a partial refund of the total cost. PLEASE NOTE: I WILL SHIP TO MOST COUNTRIES. BUT DUE TO INCREASED LOSS & THEFT OF INTERNATIONAL MAIL TO MEXICO AND SOUTH AMERICA I CANNOT SHIP THERE. I AM SORRY-but I don't want my customers to lose their money due to unreliable mail service in their country. Damaged books are handled on a case-by-case basis, and we rarely have problems with US Mail. We request that you make a pro-active attempt with your own post office to ask for your shippng fee refunded, and we require that you return the damaged books, plus packaging so we can go to bat for you at this end.
