This is Robin, the long term clerk at the tiny Cutten PO. Robin has been more than helpful over the many years I have been shipping orders for dirtcheapbuilder.com. He knows how to catch my errors, hold oversize mail or mislabeled mail because he pays attention to the box holder customers in his office. Robin takes his time to be polite and explain services to any customer, he never rushes or is rude to anyone. Sometimes he is a bit chatty when the people behind me are rustling their feet so I will hurry up with all my orders. (People hate to get behind me during Christmas season- I have 3-4 bins a day to ship then) I could easily switch to home pick up, and save the short trip to the PO, and some days I do, but our small PO is a friendly place for locals to pick up thieir mail, say hello, and catch up with each other.
